Three Things To Do When You Feel Stuck:
Sometimes life can feel like everything is going right until something comes along and makes you feel like you're back at step one. You’ve improved on so much and yet, all it took was one incident to take you completely off course. You may even feel stagnant and depressed for a while before you feel like you’re ready to move on, but in reality, all we need to do is stop and relax. Worrying about a situation isn’t going to make it better. What’s happened has already happened, so now all that's left to do is to just move past it.
Pray
When life feels like it’s falling apart and all that you’ve worked for starts slipping through your fingers, it could be time to take a breather. When you feel like there’s no one else around to talk to, sit down and talk with God. Let all of your burdens go to Him. Go into a room or a place in your home where you won’t have any interruptions and tell Him what’s going on. Afterward, you might feel like a load's been lifted off of your shoulders and have some peace of mind as I do.
Journal
If talking doesn’t work (either to God or someone else) and you’re still alone with your thoughts, write them down. Writing what’s wrong with you can be freeing. All of the negativity that was once clouding your mind can now be trapped between the pages of your journal. Writing your thoughts out can also help you realize things in retrospect. Reading it back to yourself can maybe even show you where things might’ve gone wrong so you’ll be able to find where you made your mistake and move forward.
Set New Goals
There’s nothing like thinking about the future when your present seems a bit lackluster. Small or big- it doesn’t matter. Looking forward to something will almost always give you hope. Got a room in the house you’ve been meaning to clean and reorganize? Or maybe a blog that you’ve been wanting to write for a while now? It can even be as simple as catching up on a show that you haven’t seen in a while. What’s important is that you won’t be stuck in a rut for long if you have something to look forward to. You might want to write down a list on a note pad or phone so that you can keep track of them and when you look back at it and see what you’ve done, you’ll feel accomplished.
Finally
Finding ways to help you move on is important. The longer you’re stuck, the more time that’ll have gone by without any change. Being stagnant is dangerous because before you know it the days that have gone by have turned into years. It’s best to try a method to move on so that you can get back on track. If you ever find yourself stuck, take a breather, and work through it, you’ll be coming out of your situation soon.

Love the tips! I loved the ending "you'll be coming out of your situation soon!" I receive that!! Keep up the great work!
